Business Accounts and Products

At Native American Bank, we know how much time it takes to run your business. That’s why we offer a variety Cash Management services and products that offer convenience and ease of use to streamline your banking needs and use.

Internet Banking:  Provides the ability to view/maintain your accounts and loans at any time online through our secure website.  Two types of Internet Banking are available.  The free basic service allows you to make inquiries on your account(s), view transactions, and make intra-bank and bank-to-bank transfers.  ECorp service allows client-initiated wire transfers and ACH origination processing services, in addition to the basic service.  ECorp service is customizable allowing you to grant or restrict any type of access or function for each user or employee.

Internet Bill Pay: Pay your bills online using Native American Bank’s Internet Bill Pay available through Native American Bank’s Internet Banking.

Merchant Services:  You will receive preferred rates on bankcard processing by utilizing merchant services through NAB.  We will assist you in evaluating your equipment needs, completing the setup documentation, and determining the best package for you based upon your transaction statistics.

Sweep Accounts:  These accounts allow you to earn interest on excess balances by transferring idle funds from an operating account(s) into an investment account on a nightly basis.  As needed, funds are “swept” back into the operating account(s) to pay checks and other debits.

Business LOC Debit Cards:  Like a credit card, this bankcard is attached to a separate line of credit (LOC) with a very competitive interest rate.  It can be used at any point of sale where Visa is accepted and at any ATM for cash withdrawals.  Instead of debiting a checking account directly, each transaction is paid by the line of credit.  Each month a separate statement is produced listing all transactions for the month.  Minimum payments can be set up to debit a specified account, if desired.  Spending access and limits are customizable, and can be segregated for each cardholder.

Business Debit Cards:  This bankcard gives you direct debit access to your checking account without having to write a check.  It can be used at any point of sale where Visa is accepted and at any ATM for cash withdrawals.  Spending access and limits are customizable. ::MORE::

Remote Deposit:  Allows you to process your deposits onsite by imaging each deposit item and transmitting the file to the bank.  It does require the purchase of specific equipment, processing and retention procedures and policies, and training.  However, the float time on a deposited check is significantly reduced by electronic processing, the time and manpower involved in preparing and making deposits at a physically location are eliminated, and all record keeping and copies of checks are retained automatically for research and reporting.

Correspondent Banking:  This service allows you to make your deposits at a local Wells Fargo branch, and receive NAB account credit the next business day.  It eliminates the need to mail deposits and decreases account credit delays.  A number of NAB clients utilize correspondent banking accounts and find it more convenient, cost-effective and reliable than sending deposits through a mail service.  Each morning, the bank transfers any monies deposited in the correspondent account to the client’s NAB account.  There is no significant delay on funds availability, since deposits are made available at NAB immediately the day after the deposit is made.

Lockbox Services:  Allows a common deposit site for your customers, outside vendor payments, ACH receivables and other sources of income.  More traditional lockbox services for accounts receivables are also available.

Account and Check Writing Supplies:  You can contact NAB directly to order a variety of check writing supplies, including manual and laser checks, deposit tickets, signature and endorsement stamps, and registers.  Online ordering through Internet Banking available soon.
