Our operations and compliance teams are monitoring the situation while they work towards a permanent solution. If you receive a notification about a new account opened in your name, which you did not initiate, please contact NAB’s Fraud Center. We also recommend taking proactive steps to secure your Gmail account by verifying where you are logged in, updating your password and setting up two-factor authentication.
